We are a lead generation company that connects consumers seeking insurance with licensed insurance professionals. We are not an insurance company, agency or carrier, and we do not provide insurance advice or quotes.

• Your consent to be contacted, including the date, time, IP address and the consent language shown

4. How We Share Information

• Consumer leads: When a consumer submits a request and gives consent, we share that information with one insurance professional (or the specific party named in the consent) so they can contact the consumer about insurance. Leads are sold exclusively to a single buyer.
• Service providers: We use trusted vendors for CRM, hosting, communications, analytics and advertising, who process information on our behalf.
• Legal and safety: We may disclose information to comply with law, respond to legal requests, or protect our rights, users or others.
• Business transfers: Information may be transferred as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.

We do not sell or rent the personal information of our business buyers to third parties.

5. Calls, Texts and Emails

If you provide your phone number and consent, we (or the insurance professional you are matched with) may contact you by phone call, text message or email, which may include automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP, and out of emails by using the unsubscribe link or contacting us.

6. Cookies and Advertising

We use cookies and pixels to understand site activity and to show relevant ads. You can manage cookies in your browser settings and adjust ad preferences directly with Meta and Google.

7. Data Retention and Security

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above, including keeping consent records for as long as required by law. We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, but no system is completely secure.

We generate and deliver insurance leads to licensed insurance professionals ("Buyers"). We are not an insurance company, agency or carrier, and nothing on this site is insurance advice.

2. Eligibility

Our services are for businesses only. By ordering leads, you confirm that you are at least 18, are authorized to act for your business, and hold all licenses required to sell insurance in the states where you receive leads.

3. Orders and Payment

• Leads are sold on a pay-per-lead basis. Test packages are available in sizes of 10, 30 and 50 leads; larger orders are available on request.
• Pricing, lead criteria, states, delivery method and volume are confirmed in writing (for example, by invoice or order confirmation) before delivery begins.
• Orders are paid in advance unless we agree otherwise in writing. Payments are non-refundable except as stated in the Lead Replacement section.

4. Exclusivity and Delivery

Each lead is sold to one Buyer only and is not resold to another buyer. Leads are delivered in real time to your CRM or by email. Delivery volume depends on consumer demand and may vary by lead type and state.

5. Lead Replacement

If a lead does not meet the criteria agreed for your order (for example, invalid contact information, a duplicate, or outside your selected states), you may request a replacement. Requests must be submitted to [email protected] within the replacement window stated in your order confirmation and include the lead details and reason. Approved requests are replaced with a new lead, not refunded. Replacement does not apply to leads that simply did not purchase a policy or could not be reached after a single attempt.

6. Buyer Responsibilities and Compliance

• Contact leads only to discuss the insurance products they requested, and in line with the consent they provided.
• Comply with all applicable laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the Telemarketing Sales Rule, the National Do Not Call Registry, state telemarketing and texting laws, CAN-SPAM, and state insurance regulations.
• Honor all opt-out and do-not-contact requests promptly.
• Keep lead information secure and confidential.

7. No Resale

Leads are licensed for your own business use. You may not resell, share or transfer leads to any third party without our written consent.

8. No Guarantee of Results

We work to deliver qualified, high-intent leads, but we do not guarantee that any lead will be reached, purchase a policy, or produce a specific contact rate, close rate or return on investment.

9. Intellectual Property

The Leads Lions name, logo, website content and materials belong to JR Partners Global LLC. You may not copy or use them without our written permission.

10. Disclaimer

The site and services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or lost profits. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the leads at issue.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JR Partners Global LLC and its members, employees and contractors from any claims, losses or expenses arising from your use of leads, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law, including telemarketing and consumer protection laws.

13. Termination

We may suspend or stop providing services to any Buyer who violates these Terms or applicable law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site or services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
